Default ELECTRICAL HELP PLZ!

I have a 89 dx civic with a b18a1 swap. it has been converted to mpfi. I cant get power to my ecu. The plugs were cut to hell and back so i went and purchased uncut plugs and replaced them. I have also gone thru 3 harnesses. No matter what i try, there is never any power to the ECU. I have checked voltage with a voltometer, there is power going to the ecu, but it wont power on. I have checked grounds, re-ran ground, and double checked everything I dont know how many times. I had this same problem when i had my b16 in the car. I seriously need some help. I have searched every site imaginable. Is there a way to run a power and ground to the ecu other than thru the main relay. Some one please help. Thanks

Is it a known working ecu? Have you sure you verified all your known grounds?

Man im gettin frustrated with this freakin car. Still not getting power to the ecu! i re-ran grounds, thicker wire for both power AND grounds checked everything. only now, when i cut the car on, the starter doesnt engage. after i turn the car off, the car stays on (as far as the the "idiot lights" like oil light, battery light, ect) its wierd. everything is gettin power. i have more than enough grounds (so i think) anyone have any suggestions? i really need help bad

OMG... your screwed man... sounds to me like you Fd up your under-dash harness, buy a new one and start over, this time use a jumper harness... you main relay was probably bad and that probably it, you may have even screwed up your engine harness... no way to diagnose these kinds a of problems over the internet you've got a lot going on there.
