i'm going to be blunt. do the research, and make your own decisions. one persons choice might not be the right one for your situation, mods, etc.

i am doing the research
im just asking cause maybe someone here was in the same situation i am in. So im curious to see on which way they went about it and how their experience was with specific products.

the decision in the end will be mine but its always good to keep ur options open

Tuned correctly, a stock block can handle quite a bit, I know 300-350 is safe.

Pretty much any well known brand is fine. I chose SRP. Partially because of price, they are cheaper than JE because SRP are shelf pistons, not custom. And they use a different alloy that isn't quite as strong as the JE pistons are made of, but it's more than enough for me. However, the advantage of the SRP pistons is that this different alloy expands less so you can run a tighter piston to wall clearance.

More then that, we're talking mid to upper 400whp on correctly tuned setup on stock sleeves.

I use Wiesco Pistons and Eagle Rods, It works perfect, and its running perfect putting out 400whp on a B16A2 motor on stock sleeves. The car is tuned on Hondata S300 by : HPC Derf. (HorsePower Connection) in South Florida. I'm very happy and please with the power goals and performance on the trac.....good luck
