Default 96 ls/vtec turbo wont start

My friend has a 1996 integra he fully built to a 2.0 with a gsr head and gt35r. Last year he took it out for the first drive of the summer and didn't put his tie down strap on the battery and rocked the battery back into the firewall and shorted the car out. All fuses are good but wont start now, turns over but wont start. He is tuned with S300 and uses a MSD dizzy with coil, no box. Where would you guys look at first?
