If you are talking aboutthe Tach signal-it comes off the fat blue wire on the distributor. This lead is also available (on Si's at least) behind the instrument cluster. Some Hondas also have a test connector under the hood.
Thanks for the reply, as I'm trying to fit the water temp gauge, there're wire required when the ignition on, where can i find that wire from (Fuse??)? Also where should I ground the gauge(can it be anywhere? instruction suggest engine ground).

In every Honda...civic,crx,integra....in the fuse panel there are a group of empty slots with a male pin....they provide battery,ignition,park lights...just use a meter to find the one you need and fuse it.

88-up has them. but my 87 does not.
Finish the wiring but the gauge still not work, It has the power I've test them by metre, now then how can I check is there a signal sending from the sensor?

any1 know any sites where u can find step-by-step instructions for gauges install(water temp, voltage, air\fuel, boost). Need help finding the correct wires to connect to on a 00' SI.Thanx
