Default Unique problem while starting up

This happens when the car is warm or heated up after a bit of driving or just being out in the sun. Not always but enough to keep me on my toes.

Basically when I start the car it revs like normal around 1.5 to 2k but when the revs drop to 750-800 or idle, they go crazy and drop down really fast and then the engine shuts off after shaking a bit.

I can circumvent it by just gassing it until I start to move. Once the car has moved the revs will stay at the normal level and the car never shuts off. No CEL comes on either.

It also never happens from a cold start.

What could it possibly be. I think its one of the sensors (more specifically MAP or the wiring that leads the MAP signal to the ECU). But I don't know how I can test it.
