Default CEL 15 (searched for 2 weeks now need help)

01 gsr with obd1 gsr map.
Alright my cars been down for 2 weeks now and im out of ideas of what to do. ive searched and done what everyone says the common problem might be. ive changed the ignitor, coil, put a different dizzy on. checked all my wiring and everything. the car still wont start .. the day my car died i noticed this .

when my car died i tried to start it and it would start and idle at like 200 and blow hella black smoke and sound like its runnin on 3 cylinders. when i got it home by tow truck it did the same thing.. now i did all that before noticing the wire.. i crimped the wire back together and the car started alright but still idle rough. and when i took the wire out the car died. now the car wont even idle or start. also when i start the car the tach doesn't jump at all. so i searched for a little bit and ask my friends and they said it might be the ignitor..buddy of mine brought the ignitor and we tried.. same thing.. we switched out dizzys same thing..

somone please help .. ! and if none of that made sense its because i was just think typing.

found this dunno if it helps

error code 15: Ignition output signal malfunction

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by SirRevvs &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Well I did alot of searching to find the problem to my code 15 Ignition output signal, but was unable to find a cause. I have a 1990 Honda CRX DX converted to OBD1 and MPFI. After doing a compression test I went to start my engine and it just cranked but no start. I was throwing a code 15. So I replaced my coil and ignitor with no luck. Dist had voltage and injectors were firing but no spark.

Long story short I discovered I had a bad connection in the yellow/green wire coming off the dizzy I repaired it and it fixed my problem. This is just my case and I thought I'd share since I wasn't able to find this cause in any other thread from searching. That is all..
