Default rear brake issue in 97 civic

Hey guys i need your help here! I have been doing some research and had no luck. So with that being said, i have a 97 civic dx with drums in the rear. Now when i am at a complete stop and begin to drive it feels like the ebrake is still engaged! I dont hear anything from the rear other then the springs comprensing like when your trying to move and your ebrake is on. So im guessing it would be the drum. I have never replaced shoes in a drum before but like to know if anybody else has this issue? i would like to see if its just something sticking that could be a quick fix.

Problem- vehicle feeling like the ebrake is still engaged when starting from a stop.

thanks for any tips or advice!!

Your brake piston probably stuck or leak.
