a while back my fuse went out for my horn, that was replaced and the horn worked fine, but a week later the horn stopped working, just the horn. I state this because the fuse controls the rear tail light too or brake light if I remember correctly. This problem has been around for a while and I been lazy about fixing it.

So whenever I hit the horn I hear a ticking noise from the center console area. So this past week I have started doing my sound system and found that the ticking noise is coming from this small rectangle box mounted to the left of the center console, I believe it is the relay.

Could someone help me resolve this problem.
