Rear Mount Install Question?
I have a 94 civic with a b18c in it I need to change the rear mount on it, the problem is i dont have a cherry picker to lift the engine to get at it. what do you guy recommend going about doing this? any threads out there about this?
You could find a solid point towards the back and push up with a floor jack, I usually use the oil pan with a plank of wood and a towel and that will relieve the weight on the mount.
Not sure if that would be enough to change the mount though.

if i can change my trans in 2 hrs with a friend a floor jack and simple air tools and jack stands u should have no prob doing this change up with just a floor jack some stands and air tools. also loosen up but dont remove all mounts to make it easier. its really not that hard. also cherry picker? for a honda lol sorry had to laugh. dnt take it personal. you should never need a cherry picker
haha yeah im pretty new to working on hondas coming from subarus (they are a bit different in changing engine stuff
) but yeah hopefully I can get a friend to help me out with this
