neuspeed strut tower bar
I bought a neuspeed strut tower bar but its so ****ing hard to put on I can get one side in no problem but the other is off by half a inch ? Am I suppose to jack the car up or what
It shouldnt be hard at all....Do you have the h23 bar or the h22 bar??? And did it come with instructions???....I have the h22 bar and it took me 5 mins by myself with the instructions included.....Just unbolt the upper control arm bolts and install the bar one side at a time ...Dont tighten anything down until both sides are installed...pretty str8 forward

I have the instructions for the Neuspeed upper strut tie-bar,
This is what it says (word for word):
Tools Req: 17mm Socket (Doesnt mention a Torque wrench, but i used one)
1. With the vehicle at rest and all four wheels on the ground, remove all four
front control arm nuts (17mm)
2. Carefully lay Neuspeed Strut Tie-Bar on top of control arm studs. Align holes
with control arm studs, and push down over studs. If the control arm stud pushes
back through sheet metal, use a pry bar on top of tire and under control arm and
push back through sheet metal and Strut Tie-Bar.
3. Install control arm nuts and torque evenly to 47 ft lbs.
4. Carefully double-check complete installation. Test drive carefully!
Thats all it says. I had no prob installing mine but i did have to be very carefull
to position the bar correctly to fit it. It was a precision fit. If you arent already
i would also recommend having your car on a level surface. Also it doesnt matter
if you have the h23 strut bar it should still fit fine, as i have seen a few people fit
it, no worries. Hope that helps.
