Y7 to Y8 swap trouble

Icon6 Y7 to Y8 swap trouble

so i got the motor put in and everything wired up, turn the key and i got nothing, engine wont turn over or even attempt to for that matter.... checked the fuses, even changed the starter to see if that might be it, and that didnt work...... and i tried swapping the p28 and p2p ecu's to see if that was it and it did the exact same thing........ nothing ......... so does anyone have any ideas

Check for loose grounds. Check for bad/loose connection at battery terminals. Check for dead battery. Take a dvom and check to see if your getting 12volt to the starter.
