Turn off the all caps, and then check whether 7.5A dash fuse 15 is blown.
And don't disconnect the battery with the engine running because this may damage sensitive electrical components.

WILL CHECK IT OUT IN THE MORNING. AND I EVEN TRYED HOOKING UP A DIRECT GROUND FROM BATTERY NEGATIVE TO THE ALTENATOR AND ONLY ONE HEADLIGHT STROBES/FLASHES BUT WHEN I USED MY BUDDYS CAR BATTERY THE LIGHTS WERE FINE BUT IM SURE ME DRIVING IT WILL JUST DRAIN THE BATTERY AGAIN.I NOTICED WHEN BATTERY GETS LOW ONE LIGHT FLASHES WHEN IT GETS LOWER BOTH FLASH THEN THE RPM METER JUMPS UP AND DOWN THEN CAR DIES AND WONT START UNTIL YOU PUT A NEW BATTERY
I KNO ITS A WEIRD PROBLEM AND VERY VERY AGGREVATING FOR ME AND EXPENSIVE I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS BEFORE WITH NONE OF MY 7 HONDAS I HAD IN THE PAST
do what RonJ@HT said check the alt/speed sensor fuse, if it's blown it WILL NOT charge. also if it's blown you have a problem that is most likely to deal with the speed sensor plug or the ground junction connectors on the back of the motor.
and please turn off the caps lock lol
