I'm up near Cleveland but I want to find a 96-01 CRV that isn't rusty. I'm willing to travel or ship from pretty much anywhere. Auto or Manual doesn't really matter. I can't seem to find anything decent on autotrader or ebay. Any other CRV forums or sites that people sell on? Not a whole lot going on here in the classifieds.

 

How much you looking to spend ?

 

Depends on the car itself but prob under $9k. My other choice is a 00-02 Forester S which comes more loaded and cheaper.

 

Wish you would have been looking about 2-3 months ago. I just sold a 99 LX AWD (123K miles) with zero rust for $6K, and I'm in Ohio as well.

 

If it was green or red I wouldn't buy it. Silver, White or Bright Electric Blue. Everyone suggest I buy a southern car with no rust underneath the car. Guess these winters eat up the bushing in the suspension and you have to start replacing arms and stuff...ugh.

Cars from the south have no rust...check for cars in Atlanta, Tampa, Miami...

 

If you get close to the coast in Floridia, you can have rust issues sorry to say.

Come down to Arizona. Completely rust free put probably a bit sun faded on the roof and hood.

 

there are 4 within a couple miles of my house. one silver, two black and one electric blue. They may all me auto's though. I'm working on the used car guys to let me get accessory parts off them

the car seen snow for the first time when we moved here...
no rust no holes no nothing....

theyre hard to find sound system, did it myself

 

Try any state or area that it does not snow. I got a clean one here in the L.A. (CA) area.
