Default will 88-91 civic/crx steering rack fit/work on 92-95 civic??

I have a '95 civic Ex and the only thing left of the power steering is the rack itself which is leaking due to the hacked up way the pressure line was removed by the prior owner.
I want to put a manual rack on it anyway and I have one already from my '91 CRX Si. I've heard the rack's can interchange on 88-00 civic's but I hope someone here has done it or can confirm either way for me?
I'd rather not have to find out the old fashion way if I can help it

Not at all why I asked this question. It's not about being cheap at all it's about being smart. Why buy another rack that may be the exact same as my CRX rack I already have laying around? The CRX rack could be the same as a 92-95 hatch but OBVIOUSLY neither of you guys know so please don't post again

So instead of questioning my motives and assuming I'm cheap or stupid, can someone post that ACTUALLY KNOWS the answer? thank you

If you're so insistent on doing something like this, do it yourself and make a thread about your travails.

yea, thats the unfortunate conclusion I've had to come to but as I already stated I figured that would happen. basically just people wanting to give their almighty "opinion" instead of simply answering the question.

I'll be finding out soon enough on my own

P/Ns are different - doesn't look like it can be done.

Part numbers don't mean ****, They'll put a different part number on something just to sell it for more or because they did no research to find out if it actually will cross reference with other makes. so again, part numbers unfortunately don't mean anything (usually anyway).

I talked to a guy last week who swore it works cause he has done it but I'm just looking for confirmation from others 1st. I'll eventually get to it myself but I currently have work to do on all 3 of my cars so the steering rack is lower on the priority list, hence the reason for the post weeks before I decide to tackle it.
