will i be able to put a 92-95 power steering rack in 89 crx dx. iwas going to just loop the powersteering line.

I dodn't think it will fit, the rear engine crossmember that holds the rack is different between the power and manual rack cars. Also, the racks fit in generations, like: 88-91 civic/crx, then 92-95 civic, then 96-00 civic, etc... You should be able to get a good used manual rack for $50-$75.
