Default B18B in EJ1 running/starting issues

Ok so I blew up my D16, bought a running integra and pulled the motor and put it in my car. Used the battery as well. So I get it in and it runs fine a small idle problem is all but it had that in the integra too. So id driven it around my neighborhood 10+ times before. Then one day i go to my dads work, shut the car off and have to get it jumped. I go to leave for the gas station and it starts revving when im hitting the gas like its in nuetral until it just all of a sudden would grab and take off. I get gas, pull around the corner and it dies. We clutch start it a few times and it wont stay running. Have it towed back and I checked the plugs, wires, distributor rotor, and have the battery charged at autozone and it still wont start. Listened and when I try to crank it over i can hear the fuel pump. All the car does is a couple cranks and then starts ticking. So im lost. is it the starter? but if it could be clutch started does that eliminate the starter? it sat for a year and a half is it the fuel? but it ran fine for a while....alternator? the battery wont even start it now.....someone please help i bought insurance and plates and want to drive! please help me with any suggestions

especially the big ground from starter to the body. Use some sand paper and clean the connection.
