Default 95 del sol electrical/fuse problem

I was driving on freeway in traffic all the sudden cars started to brake, so i braked and my cd player stopped working, got home and inspected and found out that fuse #23 15A was blown on cig/radio after putting one in it blew again, so after 3rd or 4th fuse i decided to unhook my 2 amps on 4 channel for speakers other one is 1 channel for box, while disconnecting amps i didnt disconnect + from battery and when i touched the amp with screw driver to + i had little sparks then went to disconnect the battery. Only disconnected 1 channel amp and tried my cd player it didnt blew a fuse. And all the fuses were good. But my clock, check engine light and oil light didnt work when i would start the car, i tried for the fuses again and turned the key off but turbo timer was on and kept the car running while i reached for the fuses #25 10A and #24 15A, after i pulled out fuse #25 car shut off. So i reached all the fuses under the hood and in cabin they are all good but now half of dash doesnt work
NO:
turning signals
speed
meter
rpm's
clock
inside ligth
check engine light
oil light
power windows
reverse lights

just went outside and re-checked all fuses and they are all good is there any relays or anything else that could of burned or something?
