is there any way to fill the manual trans on a 97 accord other than threw the fill bolt/hole?? i can not get the fill bolt off for sh*t

 

you can fill through the speed sensor hole above the differential but without the fill bolt off you can only guess at the correct fill level.

what have used to try to get the bolt lose? surely you won't let one little bolt kick your butt like that..?!

 

Personally I would try to free up that bolt first. I know on my automatic tranny it had never been removed so it took quite a lot of "umph" and some PB Blaster on it to break it free.

 

I've got a '99 Accord and was able to get a wrench directly on the bolt from underneath, with the car flat on the ground. No extensions are necessary.

Put a six sided closed-ended wrench on it and tap it with a hammer, it'll come off.
