Default B16 tranny filler hole/drain bolt

ok car is on jackstands outside. I want to fill my tranny but I can for the love of god find the drain and filler bolt. There is like a plastic cap on the top and a bolt on top not sure if I can fill them with fluid? also the drain bolt i can not find there is a bolt right beside the passenger side axel but its too high up to be a drain bolt i think?

[freak] its pissing me off and searching for this is nearly impossible on honda-tech or google.

PICS would be great or any info plz!!

alright.. Trans drain bolt can be found by getting under the passeger side of the car, looking right under the axle, and there is a bolt at the very bottom that is round, but has a square indent in it. That is the drain bolt, and it uses a 3/8ths socket wrench in the square hole to loosen and tighten.

the fill bolt is in the same area of the transmission, but farther toward the rear of the car, and about 3 inches up from the fill bolt. It is a 17mm bolt, and you will have to use a box end wrench to get it off, unless you have a really shallow socket and thin socket wrench.

a final note, make sure you have the front and back of your car jacked up, not just the front, because that is sufficient to put it at an angle that will cause the fluid to drain back out of the fill hole before it is full.

Both are near the pass. axle. The fill bolt is above and close to the firewall, the drain bolt is directly below the axle.

i had good lcuk for a while with redline, then after about 5k miles of absolutely beating on the trannny, it came back. lol. Just do it right when you have a weekend for downtime and replace the syncro and get it over with. that is where I am at and wish i did it right away.
