Well it like this I have a 94 eg si and I just finished putting in a 97 jdm type-r motor,well since yous know that the alternator,distributer,injectors,from the type-r won't plug up to my obd1 harness,so I change the obd2 injectors with obd1 b16 injectors and the alternator and distributer I cut in to them and made them plug up to my obd1 harness..okay everything was fine until yesterday when heading home from work when my car shut of when I was in 5th gear,so I had to come to a complete stop to turn the car on this kept happening until I got home o yeah I'm using a jdm b16 ecu,also my car check engine light comes on when v-tech opens...

 

Anyone can pint point me on what to check
