replace the head bolts and have a machine shop check your head for warpage. plus you can have them put a fresh surface on it

Replace them with ARPs IMO, more money but they are reusable; and studs just make the world a happier safer place.

update so finally got to check it out heres the run down, i was on the highway and as im acclerating all of a sudden the car started popping from the exhaust and as i was acclerating it was losing power, so i down shifted to see if it was just the tranny or clutch slippin but it kept dying down, pulled over and eventually the car died i check the oil and i thought i saw lil coolant in there but it couldve been the sun messing with my eyes, but when i check it now theres no coolant in the oil though my cuzn said he smells gas in the oil. i tried smelling but i have a bad sense of smell and when i tried starting it, it cranks and it will pop from the exhaust but it wont turn on any ideas ?

Timing? Did you check your plugs? Did you pull a compression / leak down test to make sure you put it back together again right.
