getting tuned this week, is there anything im missing and how much whp can i expect
ok here we go I’m going to get tuned in a few days on a pretty much STOCK set up only got fuel upgrades and wanted to get some info from peps on here that pretty much are on the same boat as me or has already been there.
here’s my set up of what I’m running
stock jdm b18c block
stock p72 head
450cc injectors
aem fuel rail with b&m fuel pressure regulator
wallbro 255 fuel pump
manual boost controller
hks blow off valve
t3/t4 turbo
tial wastgate
ram horn style manifold "off eBay"
average size intercooler
hondata s300
so my questions
do you think its ready?
do you think I need anything else?
how much whp do you think I can get on stock block?
what’s to most I should turn my boost up to on stock block?
I was told its ready for 300whp on 12lbs. what do you think?
I will put pics of the wip and dyno sheet as soon as I come back from the dyno. I’m thinking about getting tuned on Friday.

well if you running a stock map sensor it'll max out at 11psi. Looks like a complete setup and 300 should be do able.
ditch that ebay manifold it will just create more headaches in like 3 weeks 4 days 11 hours and 27 minutes
jk... but for real you can make 300hp on a log mani and not have to worry about it cracking

haha its ready for 300whp and 12psi, whoever told you that is stupid, when it gets tuned you will find out. like others have said upgrade the map sensor if you haven't and look into ditching that manifold because its going to do more harm then good in the long run!
i made 300 wheel on 10 lbs...and that was a lousy b16. what makes you think this isnt possible?

now ebay ram horn manifold. im hopeing it will do me some justice cuz im not going to replace it unless it cracks. i was told/ heard this this will be fine as logs as it not in the 450-500whp range becouse thats were they have cracked idk though. i know im not going no were near 400 so i mean i think ill b ok, do you guys? im only driving it 2-3 time a week. this is going to be my weekend ride, not a daily driver. so knowing that should i be ok with the ebay ram horn? cuz rergardless its staying till it breaks but ofcourse i hopeing not but if it does ill post pics and date and at what whp.
450CC Injectors are not a good idea for 300WHP. They will be running at around 95 to 98 Percent Duty Cycle. You can do that, but I don't want my Injectors 90% or more on duty cycle.
sounds like my old set up..your not gonna hit 300hp with that stuff.safe tune i made 256hp.id upgrade injectors as edsales said your pushing the duty of the injectors.next on to the 3 bar map..manifold..then your golden.

must be world record, not even a hr on the dyno just passed 210 on 8lbs and we thought a coupling blow but sure nuff it was the ramhorn it cracked/ broke at the waste gate flange. don’t not buy from FATBOY GARAGE MOTOR SPORTS TO SAY THE LEAST AND NOW IM ON THE DON’T BUY NO EBAY STUFF TRYING TO BE CHEEP. TAKE YOUR TIME AND SAVE UP. I only had to pay half of the tuning cost and was hella upset and disappointed to say the least. New plans saving up for real full race ramhorn and bigger injectors
