alright the hose that comes from the radi to the resevoir tank is blowin hot air wich is bubbling up my coolant. at first i thought the coolant was getting so hot that it was bubbling but the hose into the tank is blowing hot air.

What could be the issue??
i was thinking the t-stat isnt opening correctly?

are you racing the motor hard? the water pump spins so fast it stops the flow and the water sits ther just makeing bubbles..

Sounds like a possible blown head gasket.

There should be no "bubbling" in the cooling system, make sure there is no air in the system, bleed it all out.

The reservoir is there for the coolent when it expands as engine temp. goes up, there should be no "hot air" blowing into the reservour. 94

its bubbling inside the resevoir tank because the hose going into the tank is blowing air. its like when you have a glass of chocolate milk and a straw you blow into the straw and it creates bubbles.

anyways, it possibly could be my h/g but i wanted to hear some better, cheaper$$, news lol.

just the h/g replacement is like 15-20 bucks correct?
would i need to replace any other gaskets? o rings around sparkplugs? the other donut gaskets below the cams? sparkplugs are clean i pulled them out yesterday...

and yeah it happens quicker when i run the car hard. but still it happens after driving arround long... lol good thing is :p car passed smog on friday, all it needed was a new Cat. yee.
