95 wont Shift (video link) need help

Any suggestions? Its a 95 Si to JDM h22a1 Vtec swap w/around 90k on the drivetrain. I can rev shift it while I'm driving but sitting still it just grinds like that when I try to shift. The petal still has pressure and the shift fork on the slave cylinder is still moving in and out correctly as far as I can tell. Has the clutch just gone bad? If so will I need a new flywheel too or will it most likely be ok? Suggestions gogo! I can post other vids/pics too if necessary. Any help is much appreciated!

Sounds like the hydraulic system for the clutch is bad. Did you happen to press the pedal with the motor out and were you careful when removing the slave from the trans when swapping? Check the firewall on the cabin side to see if there's fluid coming from where the pushrod comes through for the master cylinder, you may have blown it out. If so you might as well replace the slave too.
no I haven't swapped out the MC or SC yet. There is no fluid whatsoever leaking at this time. It just started to do this randomly when I arrived at work on monday as i was pulling into the parking lot. The hydraulics seem to be working correctly though. the Shift fork is moving as it should even if it is a tad squeeky when doing so. and the clutch still has plenty of pressure and is not falling to the floor.

Well mine seemed like it worked fine and was squeaky like that and the fluid leak was really hard to see, you had to lay on your back on the floor and look up behind the dash with a flashlight. There it was coming from the seal on the pushrod, I could actually still shift OK up until it finally went and the car wouldn't go into gear for me to drive it.
I think your hydraulic system appears to be fine.
How does it shift when the car is off?
How long ago was the tranny oil changed? Have you drained it to see what it looks like?
How old is the clutch?

edit:
Jacked it up the drain bolt is really on there. Wont b able to drain it until I rev shift it over to the shop on base and get it on the lift with a breaker bar. Also as for the post up above my MC and SC are both clean and dry there is zero leakage from either. other than the squeaking from the fork/bearing I cant see anything externally that would be causing this.

Just remove the fill bolt to check it, it takes 2 quarts and that pretty much puts it right at the bottom of the fill hole that's just above the drain. Stick your finger in there to see how the fluid looks and if you have dirty fluid on your finger then change it. Get only the Honda MTF though, works better than anything I've tried.
to be honest in that video I didn't even mean to grind it that bad but it slipped into gear, and I was like osht and pulled it out real fast. I'll pull the boot back when I get off of work and check it. Thnx for the info!
