my cel came on today so i stop by autozone on my way home from work they told me it was p0505 and then the kid told me to take some carb cleaner and clean the idle air control valve on the back of the itm and clean my t body so i did and my civic is till idleing between 1200-1500rpms but when i turn on the a/c it idles at 700-900rpms and when i turn on my a/c it make a wierd rattling noise and then goes away when you rev the car up. i have clean the t body and the iacv and checked for any loose vac lines by the intake is there any thing im missing. o the car is a 99 honda ex it has the d16y8 i just picked it up last week as a new project so please help me im so lost right now

 

oh also when you take off from a stop light it kinda jumps and when you are going down the road and take you foot off it slows down like your foots on the brake and when you barely touch the gas it jumps

 

it def sounds like an iac problem...id try cleaning it more..also make sure that the coolant is full because coolant runs trough it and if its low it causes idling to be erratic
