Any suggestions how to clear this code up??

Here is the situation...JDM GSR OBD I B18C w/USDM ecu...Before I was running JDM P30 auto ...

When the car is cold and I start her up, there is no CEL until 5 seconds later, but the car doesnt idle shitty at all...kind of low, right under 1 grand on Civic dash...THe car drives fine but the CEL just pops in and out only when I start her up cold...Any clue as to what this maybe...I will clean out the IACV this weekend but I just needed some input...

try cleaning it out with some carb cleaner or some kind of evaporating cleaner and if that doesn't work then you obviously need a new one which is a common thing for them to go bad

 

I am sure the IACV is not bad...I pulled the plug before and the idle dropped...What has me stumped is the fact that the CEL only pops up after the car starts to warm up...BUt as soon as the first crank comes on, no CEL...then 5-4-3-2-1 BAM...CEL...I will clean it out...Then go from there...I cant say its the wiring because I didnt splice into this part of the harness as it was reused from my DX...
