Default Clicking Noise Coming from Valve Train???

So i have a clicking noise that seems to be coming from under the valve cover. Before it use to do it every once in awhile but after throwing it accidentally in to 2nd gear on the freeway it clicks all the time and gets faster the higher the r's get. Any thoughts??? I have already checked the valve clearence. Thanks http://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/sr...ilies/boom.gif

bent exhaust valves. If you mis-shifted at freeway speed, you probably bent all 8 exhaust valves.

4900 or 5200. Mine is 5200 but I've seen others claim theirs is 4900 stock.

ok well when i checked it the valve lash clearence the first time, i did it to spec. So when i decided to check it one last time before i started the take the head and off and found out that the lock had "Walked" off and was gone??? lol i think it must have fallen down into the oil pan. So i got a new lock nut (which is impossible to find unless you go to Greg's Jap. Auto ) adjusted the clearence and now it runs great!!

Mine cracks at 5900-6000? lol

Thanks for all the advice
