Knocking coming from the valves.
Ok so after starting the car and letting it sit for a few minutes you can hear a slight knocking noice. Upon inspection i realized it was coming from inside my valve covers. What do yall think it could be. And will it cause any serious damage??? Thanks for the info.

if its coming from your valve cover then your valve guides might be going bad and the valve has a little to much play and slaps when the valve face tries to seat....does it go away once the car is fully warm????

you usually aren't going to "hear" valves going bad..
yeah, definately adjust valves before considering anything else as the cause for the noise. it is true that a properly adjusted and tuned honda will tick (it should sound like a girl tapping her fingernails on a counter or some hard surface.)
