Default what oil restrictor to use??

got a egay t70 turbocharger, wanting to kno what oil restrictor to use so the cheap seals wont blow inside the egay turbo?? lmk thanks

-3 oil reticter. They are usually 1/8" NPT (Nation Pipe Thread) and you could pick that up at your local AA or online like full-race.com or anywhere like that.

Function7 regulator for oil inlet on turbo. they make a -3 and -4. either one will work

wel i ran accross this on egay, http://cgi.ebay.com/Turbo-Oil-Feed-D...item1c11e429cd

says it got a 1/8" Adapter NPT male fitting that goes to the block and one- 4AN male fitting buitl on flange.(made out of Grade 7075 Alum).

will this work?? also says its for a t70 turbo too.

anyhow it doesent tell how big the hole is on the restrictor plate. i think i saw somewhere on here that journal bearing turbo uses a .065" oil restrictor hole?!?

Warning -- that's a counterfeit Function7 inlet flange in that kit. It's made of cheaply cast aluminum (no that isn't 7075) and have a high failure rate due to this weakness.

We've had a lot of people send those broken flanges back to us and we can't do anything to help them since they are not made by us.

That's around the correct size restrictor for oil pressures found in Honda engines.

We usually recommend -3AN unregulated and -4AN regulated.
