Default help with b18a1 turbo fuel issue

I need some help with my little ordeal. I got my car to get tuned and it idles fine drives fine till i hit the higher power band..My car runs really lean all of a sudden at the higher rpm's. hmm since then i changed fuel filter tried different injectors, check for any kinds of kinks in my fuel lines and took it back to dyno again, and it ran into the same problem.so we tried putting 12v straight to the fuel pump and it did just a little bit better but still way too lean...I have checked the fuel rail for any sorts of clogs and nothing.also even tried different ecu..my car barely made 210 hp while leaning out .. anyone ever run into this problem? any help would be really appreciated..

My setup is as follows: stock b18a1 turbo, skunk2 intake manifold and upgraded fuel system (aem fuel rail, 550rc peak and hold injectors, fpr, brand new real walbro, new fuel filter, tuned on crome gold).
