Y7 Block/Y8 head swap. Mini me or Frankenstein?
I'm looking to buy a decal that states what type of swap I have but is a Y7 block with Y8 head swap more mini me or Frankenstein? It's not a true mini me because you're going from 1.6 to 1.6, but it's not too pieced together to be a Frankenstein. Thoughts?
I'm being dead serious dude. Me and my friends thought it'd be a cool touch to get a decal made and stamped on my car of which type of swap I have, but I literally don't know what it'd be called. It's not like I did the swap and knew the terminology, it came like this. So, any input?
Cool, thanks guys. Btw, it's a SOHC D16. So, I don't see the problem that Solo brings up. I thought the true definition of a mini me was the swap of a VTEC head on a smaller Liter size non vtec block.

Uuummm no frank motors are a bunch of swaps between blocks and heads with in the same engine family to make some non-factory combinations that work well. the reason they call it a mini-me is because the y8 is the bigger power motor then the y7 so if your taking just the top end of a y8 and keeping your bottom end hints mini-me
