Default Electrical problem with cooling fan

Ok I can pull the relay off and jump it and the fan comes on but when I check ohms between the switch on the thermostat to the relay I get nothing.

i had the same problem one time too exactly like yours. In your engine bay fuse box, look for the A/C Diode. It looks like a fuse, but it isnt. Mine wasnt even there when i purchased the car and ended up buying one from honda. If you look at the diagram on the fuse box cover, i dont think it even shows on there. PM if yo uhave any problems, i can help. my ride is a 2000 civic ex if that helps.
