Hey guys, tried to do a quick search but whats everyone running for there Rev-Limiter on stock B-Series Setup?

I appreciate the help in-advance

 

stock rev limit for a stock internal engine

 

rev it till it blows up, then put another one in and rev 1RPM less. That will be best powerband

seriously 8-8500 or so.

I had mine set at 8500.

 

The B16 can be revved out pretty high, for a stock motor around 8400 is good but you probably won't be making power past 7600rpm

 

stock, the engine makes its power (185hp) at 8300Rpm so it will defenately make power past 7600rpm.

 

add valve springs and retainers and take that bitch to 10k if the power band is there.......

 

My rev limit is 9300RPM its N/A though. still B16A though
Got Feels cams, retainers, valve springs and pulleys with feels ECU to manage it.......
and i can say it is definately feels like its making power at 9000rpm no way is the power dropping off it feels ( see what i did there ) like it would pull past 9500rpm but i try not to take it this high that often.........
