Default Vacuum readings during idle...

I have a b18bb1 swap in my car. During WOT or 3/4 throttle it bogs horribly and decelerates. I have to give it light throttle for it to not bog. I've replaced everything I can think of to cause bogging. Replaced: air filter, fuel filter, O2 sensor, plugs, plug wires, all internal dizzy parts. I can't figure out what's causing this. My next theory that's causing my problem was a clogged cat. I hooked up a vac reader. During idle I'm getting a solid 18hg rev it up to 2500 and it shoots to 20-22hg then under decel it shoots to 20+hg like it's suppose to. If I'm not mistaken I should be reading 0 to -1hg past idle right. So could a clogged cat be my problem!?

Cliffs:
WOT or 3/4 throttle bogs and decels on own
Replaced all that's higlighted
Idle vac reading I see 18hg
Rev to 2500 I see 20-22hg
Possible clogged cat?

Idk about vacuum readings but I'm having the same problem. The car runs fine when its still cold? For me this only happens when its fully warmed up. I've narrowed it down to me burning oil. I just think because I burn oil during vtec, it gets in my chamber and lowers octane rating, thus causing a loss of power.

I'm guessing your car burns oil during higher rpms?

I don't believe it's burning oil. Yeah when it get's fully warmed up I have the problem. When I'm on the freeway and it get's warmed up I fell a jerk and loss in power. The it slowly decels on it's own and I have to LIGHTLY give it throttle to even keep up with the pace of traffic.

Pretty much hot or cold I can't go past 4k or it would bog and let the rpms drop. If I give it light throttle it'll go but I can hear it misfire. Possibly a ignitor?

If I go WOT it won't rev higher and sometimes backfire. Any ideas?
