Low idle speed when warm
I have a stock euro vti eg6, with b16a2 motor. My problem is that the tachometer shows that the car idles very low when hot. The needle is resting on the pin below 500 rpm mark. Can the idle be so low and keep the car running without stalling or shaking? What could be the problem?
I've tried cleaning the eacv and adjusting the idle higher with the adjusting screw. After plugging the eacv back in, idle dropped down to where it is now. Could it be the igniter (ICM) screwing up and showing false rpm reading or the tach is broken?
The car also feels very sluggish and it's not getting very good gas mileage, even if i drive like a granny. The motor has new spark plugs, o2, fuel & air filter, dizzy cap, rotor and freshly changed oil.

I have the stock fuel pressure regulator, and i measured the fuel pressure while the engine was cold. The pressure was correct and raised after i pulled the vacuum hose. I think my regulator was working ok, but i have to check if the pressure changes/drops when the engine is warm. Thank's for replying.
