Windows and Gauge cluster not working ??

Windows and Gauge cluster not working ??
I can't seem to figure this out. None of the gauges in the cluster work and neither do the windows. I have replaced the fuse for them, but they still do not work. I checked the window relay and it is still good.
if you guys can help me out i'd appreciate it.
