FUEL INJECTORS WON'T FIT!!
sup everyone, I have a greddy turbo kit for an integra LS motor that i'm slapping on my D16Z6..to my knowledge all if not most honda injectors are the same size. but these damn RC's the kit came with are giving me a hard time on the intake manifold side and the tops seat beautifully in the fuel rail. I read that they were going to be a tight fit as the RC's have a larger casing but this seems almost impossible..are there any tips for getting these suckers in? PS i'm a real novice and this is the first major install i'm doing on the car, so if there's a way to skill the injectors in the manifold i don't know what it is..i tried WD40 and engine oil so far.
thanx in advance!

i've done this and there is a decent size gap between the O ring and the casing of the injector..is it ok to run them like this?
thanx for the help dude, i'm really scratching my head over here.

Do this. I'll add one thing that you want to EVENLY and SLOWLY torque down the fuel rail. You can even grease the injectors a little bit, but it's not really necessary.

i started using lock tight on my fuel rail because there is nothing like being at the track coming off the line, and the fuel rail vibrating lose causing a fuel leak lol.
so I put the O rings in the plenum, mounted the inectors in the fuel rail..seated all 4 into the O rings and bolted down the rail..they seat nicely with the beginning of the casing pretty much on top of the O rings and not so much in them..i turned on the ignition, didn't start the car and no leaks..so i'm assuming eveything is cool.....so far, haha!
