Just a couple things more on my engine swap I need to tidy up.

1. Black box on the back is the pcv box, right? I have my vaccum line from the valve cover going into the intake manifold, but I have a vaccum leak from that box. Would there be anything wrong with plugging the line leading from the pcv box to the manifold so my idle won't fluctuate? Long term reprocussuons?

2. Knock sensor code keeps getting thrown and the one on my old block got busted on uninstall. Anyway around this besides junkyards/paying 180 @ advance? Also where would I install the new one since it's an obd1 block?

You can have the ecu tuned for a knock delete, ecu will no longer look for knock sensor.

how about an install for a new knock sensor? Or would it just be easier to get the ecu reprogrammed?
