Default B18b1 trouble!?! Im stumped

Alright i just swapped a B18b1 into my 98 civic hatch, Used my stock cx harness and just repined one plug and extended two wires, and now i got the car running its strong as hell. There is just one problem,I changed out 3 diff Ls distributors and none of them would start the car, so i put my d16y7 distributor on the motor and well guess what fired right up. Ok thats fine for now the cars, now the problem that i am having that i cant figure out is the car is bucking and bogging before 2700Rpm after that no problems...What could be causing this issue, the single cam distributor wont let the car idle below 1500rpm as far as that car runs good pulls pretty hard for an ls....Please someone tell me what the reason is for the car acting like that before 3000rpm's

hows the fast idle valve? could be thats what is keeping the idle up...bogging before 2700...i would check the fuel pressure through the rpms up to like 4000 assuming it does this at idle too. start there
