Whats causing this wierd idle?!? **VIDEO**
Alright so i did a mini-me swap on my Y7. the only problem is is that I have a wierd idle that i cant seem to get rid of. I had the Y8 injectors in and thought that it might be a good idea to run the Y7's instead, thinking that the Y7 computer wouldnt be able to handle the Y8's. Its a new IACV (well was cleaned once). Im kinda out of idea's. Here's a video showing my problem. Please excuse the messy engine bay!!! and no this is deffinately not launch control
The CEL is from an o2 sensor and has been there since the Y7!

IAC 100% I know because I had the exact same thing. Right at ~1750rpm the car would do that in or out of gear.
I know you said you cleaned it and so did I. In fact I cleaned it for hours with a whole can of carb cleaner and even tested the solenoid using a battery and found that it worked without an issue. After reviewing the wiring I found that one of the wires was loose and I fixed that and immediately it went away.

This is a single unit. It looks like a cylinder with 2 bolts connecting it to the back of your intake plenum correct. For you it has 3 wires: 12v, ground, signal. If you take it off of the engine and connect it up to 12v and ground you should be able to signal it with ground to try and hear whether or not the valve is opening or closing. All that is inside is a coil that energizes and opens the valve. This is not a fully open or closed valve it is a modulated valve based on current flow (a friend and I measured it and saw the current fluctuate when it ran properly). If the valve works properly check to ensure that you have a good connection/continuity on all pins and even try to simulate the pins with additional feeds from a 12v or ground source.

alright i will do that today. im going to go to the honda shop and get some new bolts to bolt it to the Intake Manifold, just to be sure that it is getting a good seal.
