Chugging in closed loop

Chugging in closed loop
Alright, well I was putting my wideband in and I accidently pulled out the male termials on my o2 sensor on the sensor side, and when i went to put them back in, they stayed, but now my car runs like absolute crap when the car warms up and running on my normal settings on my SAFC. Roughly they are around -36 at idle, down to -26 at 7500rpm. Well now to get my car to idle when warmed up I have to have the settings at -24 to idle and -6 at 7500rpms to get it to run right. What is my problem?? I have a feeling they could be in wrong, but you would think the 2 black wires would match up and the green to green would match up as well as the last wire. I went on All Data to find a pin out of the connector but it didnt have anything helpful. I guess it will be trial and error until I get the right combination. I can't really think of anything else it could be.
I also am having a problem w/ my #2 injector. i have DSM's, the mileage before me I don't know, and when I pull each injector clip at idle to see how the car would run, that is the only injector that doesnt make the car almost die. is there any way to check to see if its spraying enough fuel, or not pulsing enough??

well now I scanned the car at work and I came up w/ 14 codes!!!! both O2 sensor codes w/ high circuit voltage, IAT sensor high voltage, ECT high voltage, MAP high voltage, and then a bunch of Manufacture Specific codes. Could my ECU be crap?? I can't find any wiring that could have rubbed through or anything. I cleaned up a few grounds as well to see but it just keeps coming back.
I downshift into 3rd and bump up the RPM's to around 4k and jump on it for a few seconds then it all goes away until I come to a stop again where idle dips down below 1k and then it starts all over again. NEED HELP FAST

I can't imagine it beign just my injectors causing 14 codes to set. I am running out of ideas, just swapped ecu's w/ my friends 99ex and it still did it. I am confused on that, because there must be one hell of a rub through on wires to make them all go bad only in closed loop.
