Registration/inspection in Florida issue(3 different vin numbers help!)
I'm from pa and I'm moving to Florida. I had a 95 gsr shell with a jdm gsr in it. everything was fine only trans had different vin. Someone stole that car/bent frame from their crash. Here's my problem I bought a 2000 integra obd2 ls shell and put my obd1 jdm gsr in it and swapped the entire obd1 wiring harness. My problem is What am I going to Do about that and having my 95 gsr dash in it with the 95 vin for vin inspection, registration, and regular car inspction. I have 00 vins all over and then 95 gsr dash vin with a jdm tranny vin. Thing is I have both titles for the 95 gsr(dash vin) and the main vins-00ls shell. What can I do?

I would say to go with the shell's vin, considering that's the majority of the car...it sounds like a pretty complicated situation though...
Why not just show them the titles that are the actual owner of the cars. If they ask anything else just tell them that own car was a donor car.
Florida is really lax when it comes to things like this. You dont have to worry about inspection. Just use the VIN that is going to be on the dash since that is what a LEO will look at if you get pulled over.
Use the vin on the firewall and doorjam and keep a bill of sale for the vin on the dashboard. My dash was swapped and I just keep a receipt from a junkyard for a dash (with the vin number of my dash on the receipt) and autocrime here in NY never gave me a problem for it. My transmission doesn't have a vin at all and my car is a 1999 and I haven't had a problem with that either. I just keep paperwork for both with my registration.

if you try to register the car in florida you will have more problems, depending on where you are moving in florida. the dmv in florida does not deal with seperate vin numbers very well, as so many cars are stolen.
like i said, as long as you have both titles and a bill of sale for the shell then you should be straight.
another thing, florida does not have inspections, so if you register your car in your state and then move to florida within 10 days, you do not have to get it inspected. i did this and it is working out fine for me. when i needed to get my car registered i just had a friend renew the registration for me and send it to me.
hope i helped ya out a little.

well I have both titles in my name for the 94 gsr dash and the 00 ls but when you register in Florida it says a cop checks the vin on the dash and my car is registered in pa as a 00ls integra. Also does anyone know about floridas inspection like what all needs to be right for my swap. I'm do confuesed on what to do cause I'm herring about felonys for having two different vins which is bullshit cause I own and
have both titles for the dash vin interior and
the shell vin. What do I do they'll never give me registration if the dash vin is different will they?

i was thinking just registering as the 94 gsr dash vin in pa and just take off the pa inspection when I move down there. That way when I register it in Florida after awhile they'll look at the dash vin for the vin
verification and it will match my new pa registration and new plate

As already mentioned above Florida does not do car inspections like Pa does. I used to live there I know first hand. Take your title "whatever one you want on record" and your Pa I.d. and register your car. I would use the title that matches the shell personally.
