99 civic si tach stopped working

99 civic si tach stopped working
so i just replaced my dizzy on my 99 civic si with a gsr swap and now my tach dosent work. Does anybody have any ideas what might have caused this??

i bought an obd1 95 gsr dizzy because i have the jumper harness an i noticed that the tach signal wire is there up until you plug the jumper into the stock obd2 harness an i looked at the plug an it dosent have the tach signal wire on it??
