whats going on i have a 1997 honda dx coupe i had a single nonv engine i swapped a vtec head on it converted it to 0bd1 with a harness i have a p28 ecu not chipped. and everytime i rip it the check engine light comes on and it starts bogging out i have no rpms. i think its because i dont have a cat it makes the car run rich can anyone help me out thanks alot.
