If you are burning blue, you "are" burning some oil

This comes from wear from the rings, and oil valve seals

If it's blue smoke your burning oil (rings and valve seals),

if it's black its extra fuel burning and is normal. If it's white

your burning water(head gasket). Change the pcv valve it might help.

Good luck

Once again, your question has already been answered!!!!

New rings and valve seals

There is no "magic" way to make an engine new again. The B16A is now old. The 1st ones came out 20 years ago, and the last ones made were 10 years ago. In that time valve seals dry out, no being able to seal as well.
Rings wear too. They don't become wore all at once, you can drive and engine for years that slowly losses compression and starts to burn oil.

get it?
