honda crx B-series swap help

Icon6 honda crx B-series swap help

hi i got a 91 crx si and im doing a b-series swap the motor is a 93 acura integra b18A1 cable tranny. And i dont know witch motor mounts to buy because the only ones i see is the b18B1 mounts and i dont know if does will fit can you guys give me some pointers ill gladly accept them.

many companies offer b-series into ed mounts. innovative, hasport, and eBay to name a few.

You will use the Hasport EFB1 mount kit. It is designed to fit all B series with a CABLE transmission like that on the B18A1. You may have to switch out the driver's side engine mount bracket to this one http://www.hamotorsports.com/eflbbracket.html as I beleive the B18A uses a different bracket than the mount kit is made for.

if u keep it obd0 ur cool no wiring
if u go obd1 u need obd0 to obd1 ecu jumper
obd1 pr4 obd1 dizzy

No everything is obd0 and I have the ecu from the acura motor so ure saying that al the harnesees are compatible

i dont have the si harness that comes out with the intake manifold or it doesn't matter and the harness of the acura engine will fit or not

It will be a million times easier to use the harness that came with the car. It is waaaaay more work to try to make the B18A1 harness to work.

okay what motor was in ur car? an a6?
use that harness or if u dont have the engine harness for the si score one
its probly a sick mission to use the teg harness

the motor came with the harnesses of a del sol do i have to do the swap or does are good

like i said before. it is a million times harder to use a different harness than the one that came with the car. finding a new si harness should not be that hard. i guarantee it will be way easier and less time consuming than attempting to use the del sol harness you have.
