Default Engine mount question...

I have a 97 CX. I heard my stock motor can be dropped into an 88-91 CRX with no aftermarket mounts required. In that case, if a CRX reqiures engine mounts for a B-series, why wouldn't my car need engine mounts for a B-series? I was just curious, thanks guys.

I don't know about your engine going into a CRX, but if you are putting a Bseries in your hatch you would need some of the mounts from the Bseries swap. I've heard front tranny mount, AC mount, and rear tranny bracket from 99-00 SI.

Thanks, J
