Suspension part help?? Where can I buy this part
I am trying to replace the following part in the pic does anyone know what this part is called I could not find this part on majestic honda. And I think the part might be bent due to getting slammed into a concrete barrier a long time ago by a drunk driver.
You could get one from a junk yard, or from the dealership. The part you are pointing at is one peice of the two peice lower control arm.
ahhh pics are working now. weird...
anyways, our dealershit doesn't sell the control arms in pieces. our parts catalog has both 1/2's labeled as 1 part. your best bet would be a junkyard.
why do you think it's bent? it could be something else...

well its been 3 or 4 years now since the accident I know when it happened there is no frame damage but the front right rim was completly cracked in half. It was a hit in run and it broke the inner tire rod and I was planning on changing the rear crossmember since its already messed up. but I was planning on replacing that part to as well. my car pulls hard to the right cant let go of the steering wheel and I align it every other day since I work at tire kingdom. So I think it has to come down to a suspension part.
actually I think I did find it on majestic honda now. It just dosent look like nothing on my car though.

Forget the junk yard. You don't know if you are buying another bent piece or something good. Wouldn't know till you bought it and got it installed, after alignment. Then what do ya got?
yeah I might do that if I can even find any hondas around here anymore there all gone. but new at honda they want almost 300.00 bucks! What happened to reasonable prices anymore!
did you check you bushings on the LCA? or the strut? i got a car in here once with a smashed windshield from the inside , a front left wheel turned to the left about 85-degrees, a right wheel going straight. radiator fans pushed into the exhaust manifold (even cracked the exhaust manifold), air bags...the whole crash thing. customers wanted to fix it no matter the cost. lower control arms were both bent. left axle snapped in two pieces. and left wheel hub broke-never seen that before. and when we got the thing running after a few hours, the left wheel was still completely off a bit. i changed out the strut and it was good. even got lucky and hit the alignment pretty perfectly. no pulling when we let the steering wheel go while driving 75 mph. dam car drove better than it ever did from what the customers said. honestly it drove very good. like a new car does. i didnt think it would feel so good being that the car had 250k on it. but the suspension parts and everything had been kept up on it extremely well. whats off? your camber? caster? tow?
