ok so my 95 ls integra blew up
waited and waited for hmotors to get an obd1 ls but for 3 months they never got one so i ended up getting an obd2ls
I put the motor in, swaped the distributor, alternator, and crank pully.
I have the original obd1 engine harness hooked up and the obd1 ecu.
I cant get the car to run. It just starts and stalls again and is throwing a code for the IAT sensor. On the jdm obd2 ls there isn't a spot for the sensor so i bought the kit to put it into the intake pipe. I havent replaced the sensor because im not sure if thats the problem. Dont understand why just that sensor would cause the car to not start when many people dont even hook them up.

Any help would be great! searched but all i could find was info on putting obd2ls into civics and del sols. Thanks in advance

aren't the inlet manifolds different?

 

What starter did you use.

 

used the obd1 starter. Car will start sometimes but only run for a few seconds before it dies. If i give it any fuel it just dies

 

Which intake manifold are you using?

 

using the obd2 manifold and throttle body that came on the motor

 

Then that will be your problem, haha. You might need to use the obd1 one.
