im working with one company out west right now but wondering if anyone else knows anyone.
might have to use a stock bearing & take the insides out & replace with ceramic stuff.
thats the worse case scenario, witch really aint to bad.

tried the few #s i found seems like they feel off the face of the earth, everything is a dead end.
even has a name on here but its a deal end.
in order to make the bearings effective cant tighten the **** out of the nut or it will create drag.
the company i found make them for the newer stangs & they have the same bearing setup as out car, & they have found a way to make it work. i need to send them one of my bearings to check it out.
should have an answer by next week

This was my email response from a guy named Ralph: "Honda wheel bearings are about $500 for the front set of wheel bearings, and $550.00 for the rear set of wheel bearings. Price may vary depending on year, and or model.
You will increase WHP and Torque from the wheel bearings, along with faster acceleration, and increase in fuel economy.
Thank You

Excuse my ignorance, but why ceramic wheel bearings?
I hear ceramic and I think heat control. Does this have something to do with heat dissipation of the wheel bearing itself? Or is it just less rolling resistance?

My buddies use ceramic bearings in their Hayabusas and other race bikes, well they see the street as well. If I can remember I will ask who they get their bearings from. I want to say they also use them in there transmissions and stuff as well. I also believe that the company may just take the stock bearings apart somehow and then do the work to them and reassemble them.
Nevermind while I was sitting here thinking about it I believe that I remembered where some of them got the bearings, here is a link....http://www.worldwidebearings.com/ceramic.htm

I wouldn't think heat, if you think about ceramic brake pads, they suck when you heat them up. I would assume its the less resistance method. They better drop my 1/4 mile time a half second before I put out $500 for one.
from what I have found it was helping drop times with the gtr by about a.10 BUt that was also with other ceramic parts and tuning but there could be something to be had, are said to last longer.
I had been looking into it quite a bit but the bank account said no way, even i might just contact one of the bearing makers, i bet they would be cheaper!

Im sure if someone knows the bearing size and dimensions, you can contact one of those bearing manufacturers and see what kind of pricing they can give you. Then ask them if we get a group buy going, if they can drop the price lol
